The Hines Group quality systems have achieved the new ISO/TS 16949 Quality Standard certification.  We are dedicated to meeting all requirements of our certification...all day, every day.  Our team approach to quality control has been a key component in making us an industry leader.  It includes continuous in-process inspection and final audit processes, using Statistical Process Control and process control measures such as inspection tools, specialized gauges designed and built at The Hines Group, specifications and quality records.  Our well-equipped quality department tests incoming material to ensure the highest quality.
